Mission Statement

Our mission is to produce the highest quality biodiesel fuel that will reduce reliance on foreign oil, produce revenue for farmers, increase opportunities for renewable energy crops, reduce harmful emissions, and the risk of global warming by utilizing green and renewable energy.

Location

Alabama Biodiesel Corporation is located in Moundville, Alabama. We are at the edge of the Black Belt region, on the banks of the Black Warrior River, and easily accessible by being only 13 miles south of I-20/59.

Facility

We acquired the facility in 2002 and began producing biodiesel in 2005. The facility is equipped with 21 reactors, over 1.5 million gallons of liquid storage, 65,000 square feet of warehouse space, certified scales, two rail spurs, which are served by Norfolk Southern, and there are plans for future barge service.
